1. Order Cancellation

• After Shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped. However, you may be eligible for a return or refund as per our return policy.

 

2. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

• The request for return is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

• The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all labels intact.

Return Process:

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in the following cases:

• Order Cancellation (before shipment): A full refund is issued within 5-7 business days.

• Return Approved: Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund is processed within 7-10 business days.

• Refunds are credited via the original payment method. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
