Our Team

LCB Fertilizers is combined effort of more then 50+ people who belongs to farmer family. This team includes chemical engineers, microbiologist, mechanical engineers, MBA holders and many more skilled and unskilled workers who works with the moto “from the farmers, by the farmers and for the farmers”.

We are incubated in SIIC IIT Kanpur and hold different grants like NIDHI PRAYAS by DST-INDIA, NTT data seed funds and many more.

We are currently working with more than 5000 farmers from 35+ district of UP, 10+ of Bihar, some from Jharkhand, Haryana, Maharashtra and Karnataka etc.

Akshay Srivastava

Akshay belong from a middle class farmer family and have high interest in agriculture. He pursued his bachelor degree in Chemical engineering from MMMUT and have expertise in rector designing, biofuels, biofertilizers. He got appreciation from PM, CM, AICTE, NITI Ayog and many more.

Neha Srivastava

Co-Founder and CTO

Neha had completed her post doctorate from IIT BHU and have more than 15 year of experience in Microbes and its isolation & grouping, biomass, biofuel. She have more than 75 research items which include 3 patent, 12 books, 35+ chapters and many article. She is working on bioprocess technology and biofuels production.
