The diagram above illustrates the recommended placement of exhaust fans and sensors for a 12 ft × 7 ft × 5.5 ft fertilizer storage tank, ensuring consistent airflow and accurate environmental monitoring.

This layout is designed to provide uniform ventilation throughout the entire storage area while minimizing moisture buildup and maintaining optimal storage conditions.
Exhaust Fan Placement
The system utilizes three 6×6 inch exhaust fans, strategically installed at the top of the front wall.
Installation Guide
Mounted flush with the upper edge of the front wall.
No gap above the exhaust fans.
Fans positioned at equal intervals across the 12 ft length.
Outer fans placed 2 ft from each side wall.
Centre fan positioned exactly in the middle with 4 ft centre-to-centre spacing.
This arrangement creates balanced airflow across the storage tank, preventing stagnant air pockets and promoting efficient air circulation.
Sensor Positioning
A FertiFlow Sensor is installed at the centre of the front wall directly below the middle exhaust fan.
This central location enables the sensor to accurately monitor environmental conditions throughout the storage space, allowing timely adjustments whenever required.
